Swaran Construction Contracts Co. SCC Ltd. is a general contracting and engineering company based in Erbil. We deliver earthworks, construction, steel structures, electrical, mechanical and security installations for banks, developers, telecom operators and public institutions throughout Iraq.
Who We Are
Swaran Construction Contracts Co. is an extension of Al-Bani Co., which was established in Baghdad in 2004. The two companies worked together in an integrated manner until 2010.
Swaran works as a general contracting company, with activities covering earthworks, construction, steel structure works, electrical installation and mechanical works. The company works with civil, electrical and mechanical engineers, supported by engineers specialised in security systems and by IT staff. Works are subject to continuous laboratory testing in specialised construction laboratories.
